The JF-ASMA638-2A High-Pressure And High-Speed Dyeing Machine is a high-performance textile dyeing solution designed for moderate-length fabric batches. It is an ideal replacement for outdated dyeing models, offering faster cycle times and superior dyeing quality for diverse fabrics. This machine specializes in processing ultra-fine fibers, strong twisted fabrics, woven fabrics, hemmed fabrics, and warp knitted fabrics (excluding double-sided pure cotton towels). Its core advantage lies in the overflow and jet dual-purpose nozzle system, which allows seamless switching between water flow modes to match different fabric requirements—delivering both excellent dyeing quality and high economic benefits for manufacturers.

The JF-ASMA638-2A is engineered to handle a wide range of textiles: ultra-fine fibers (e.g., micro-polyester), strong twisted fabrics (e.g., twill cotton), woven fabrics (e.g., linen blends), hemmed fabrics, and warp knitted fabrics. It excludes only double-sided pure cotton towels (due to their thick, absorbent texture that affects dye uniformity).
The machine’s standout feature is its overflow and jet dual-purpose nozzle. By simply replacing the nozzle, users can switch between two water flow modes:
Low-pressure, large-volume overflow water flow: Suitable for delicate fabrics (e.g., ultra-fine fibers) to prevent fiber damage.
High-pressure, high-speed jet water flow: Ideal for thick or strong twisted fabrics, ensuring deep dye penetration.
With optimized thermal systems, the machine achieves efficient temperature control:
Heating rate: 25℃100℃ at an average of 5℃/minute; 100℃130℃ at an average of 25℃/minute (based on 0.7MPa saturated steam pressure).
Cooling rate: 130℃100℃ at an average of 3℃/minute; 100℃85℃ at an average of 2℃/minute (based on 0.3MPa cooling water pressure).
These rates reduce overall process time, boosting production efficiency.
Available in two models (175-250kg and 350-500kg capacity), the machine’s large capacity offers multiple benefits: faster return on investment, reduced batch-to-batch dyeing differences (cylinder difference), and higher per-shift output—critical for large-scale textile factories.
Operating at a nozzle pressure of 0.5~1Kg, the machine ensures low tension during processing. This protects fabric surfaces from fuzzing or friction damage, maintaining a soft, smooth handfeel. Additionally, its fabric running speed is 50% higher than traditional dyeing machines, eliminating uneven infusion caused by inconsistent nozzle-to-delivery-point distances.
The unique elbow structure eliminates dead corners in the dyeing chamber, ensuring uniform dye liquid circulation. It also minimizes fabric tension, preventing stretching or deformation—key for maintaining the original shape of elastic or structured fabrics.
It is not recommended for double-sided pure cotton towels. Their thick, multi-layered structure and high water absorption can lead to uneven dyeing and long drying times.
Simply replace the dual-purpose nozzle: install the overflow nozzle for low-pressure, large-volume flow, or the jet nozzle for high-pressure, high-speed flow. No complex disassembly is required, taking less than 10 minutes per switch.
The maximum working temperature is 140℃, and the maximum working pressure is 0.5MPa—suitable for high-temperature dyeing processes (e.g., polyester fabric dyeing).
The nozzle system’s modular design allows quick switching between overflow and jet modes:
Overflow Mode: Uses low pressure (0.5~0.8Kg) and large water volume to gently immerse fabrics, suitable for fragile materials like ultra-fine fiber blends.
Jet Mode: Employs high pressure (0.8~1Kg) and focused water flow to drive dye into dense fabrics (e.g., strong twisted fabrics), ensuring even color absorption.
The machine’s water flow is adjustable to match fabric type: flexible flow for high-grade fabrics ensures comprehensive yet gentle impact, preventing yarn twisting or linting. This adaptability eliminates the need for multiple machines for different fabrics, reducing equipment investment.
The integrated heating and cooling system forms a closed loop, maintaining stable temperature control throughout the dyeing process. This prevents temperature fluctuations that cause color differences, ensuring consistent quality across batches.
Overflow-Jet Dual-Purpose Nozzle: The core component for flow mode switching, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long service life.
High-Efficiency Heating/Cooling System: Includes a steam heater and water cooler, supporting the machine’s fast thermal response.
Large-Capacity Dyeing Chamber: Constructed from thick stainless steel, capable of withstanding high pressure (up to 0.5MPa) and resisting chemical corrosion.
Digital Control Panel: Features touchscreen operation for setting temperature, pressure, and speed, with real-time alarms for abnormal conditions (e.g., low water pressure).
Main Circulation Pump: Delivers stable water flow for both overflow and jet modes, ensuring consistent dye distribution.
