Rapid Double Circulation System for Superior Uniformity

Equipped with a high-performance circulation structure, the JF-O dyeing machine achieves a fabric running speed of up to 420 meters/minute. Combined with an efficient cloth-liquid separation system, it realizes rapid double circulation of dye liquor and fabric. The uniform dye liquor penetrates the fabric at high frequency, completely solving the problem of uneven dyeing and ensuring consistent coloration across the entire batch of fabrics. Patented Cloth Swing & Feeding Tube Design

The machine adopts a patented combination design of cloth swing and cloth feeding tube. This unique structural design ensures smooth cloth feeding without leaving any lines on the fabric surface. The large swing amplitude allows the fabric to be neatly stacked after reciprocating swing, minimizing operational failures such as cloth jamming. The trough also realizes secondary separation of water and cloth, promoting rapid reflux of dye liquor and achieving an ultra-low liquor ratio of 1:4.5~5. This ratio is close to that of airflow atomization dyeing machines, but the JF-O series supports a wider range of dyeing varieties, breaking the limitations of traditional low-liquor-ratio equipment. An optional preparatory cylinder with hot water function further enhances its practicality.


Energy-Saving Vertical High-Efficiency Heat Exchanger

The integrated vertical high-efficiency and low-consumption heat exchanger is a core energy-saving component of the JF-O series. It provides maximum heating rate, facilitates the drainage of dye liquor and condensed water, avoids scale formation, and extends the service life of the equipment. As part of the dye liquor circulation pipeline, it integrates heating and cooling functions without storing water itself, which is conducive to reducing the liquor ratio. Cloth Trough & Stacking Mechanism

The curved design of the cloth storage trough reduces friction between the fabric and the trough wall, protecting the fabric surface from damage. The tubular Teflon rods arranged in a sieve shape at the bottom not only support the fabric but also form gaps for dye liquor circulation, realizing secondary cloth-liquid separation. The cloth swing device cooperates with the trough design, ensuring that the fabric is neatly stacked after each cycle, reducing the risk of cloth jamming and improving operational stability.


Integrated Heat Exchange & Circulation Pipeline

The vertical heat exchanger is integrated into the dye liquor circulation pipeline, eliminating the need for additional connecting pipelines and reducing the volume of the equipment. Its water-free storage design reduces the total amount of dye liquor required for circulation, further lowering the liquor ratio.
