The JF-KCF-2T High Temperature And High Pressure Energy-saving Dyeing Machine is the latest generation of low liquor ratio jet dyeing machine designed for green and efficient printing and dyeing production. Targeting the problem of fabric damage caused by high tension in traditional dyeing machines, the JF-KCF-2T is equipped with motorized cloth guide rollers that assist fabric movement. The improved low-position front trough shortens the distance between the moving cloth wheel and the liquid surface, greatly reducing the circulation tension during fabric transportation. This low-tension design effectively protects elastic fabrics, delicate knitted fabrics, and other materials from fuzzing, deformation, or damage, ensuring the original softness and smoothness of the fabric.
The machine is equipped with a patented dual-purpose overflow & jet nozzle. According to different fabric types and dyeing requirements, users only need to replace the nozzle to switch between low-pressure, large-volume, flexible pure overflow water flow and high-pressure, high-speed pure jet water flow. This design expands the application scope, covering most woven fabrics and knitted fabrics (excluding double-sided pure cotton towels), and achieves optimal dyeing results for different fabrics with one equipment investment.

The newly designed immersion dyeing cloth guide tube optimizes the contact between the fabric and the dye liquor, preventing various creases and ensuring a flat and smooth fabric surface after dyeing.
The dual-purpose nozzle system supports two working modes: overflow and jet. The nozzle pressure can operate stably between 0.5~1Kg, which is perfectly suitable for the special operation requirements of elastic and low-tension fabrics.
The combination of motorized cloth guide rollers and a low-position front trough constitutes the core of the low-tension transportation system. The motorized cloth guide rollers provide auxiliary power to reduce the tension generated by fabric self-weight; the low-position front trough shortens the drop distance of the fabric, avoiding tension accumulation.
